Horatio Bateman of Derby gent, by which for £100 paid to party 1. and 10s paid to Barber by Holden, parties 1. and 2. conveyed to Holden and Bateman his trustee 2 messuages at Aston adjoining with gardens, yards and passage between the same into Ludlows Yard (details given)
