Description
Including abstract of will of William Frearson dated 14 March 1856, by which he gave all his property to wife Elizabeth for life and after her death, one messuage at Aston with garden, yards, in the occupation of William Hinkley, with use of passage, to daughter Sarah Bates, and messuage at Aston adjoining the last mentioned, with garden, in the occupation of William Webb and subject to right of passage, to daughter Ann Buxton, proved 18 October 1858.
