Everything to William Roberts of Shardlow joiner and Daykin 's friend Samuel Cresswell of Shardlow schoolmaster, in trust to sell real estate and convert personal estate to pay debts and legacies:- to brother George £100, sister Elizabeth, wife of William Roberts £100, brother Robert £80, niece, wife of William Haseldine £20, nephew George Slater £10, nephew John Slater £10, niece Catherine Slater £10, niece Ellen Spencers (sic) £10, nephew William Spencer £10;
residue amongst nephews and nieces equally, except the children of late sister Sarah. Roberts and Cresswell, executors
