Description
To Mary Snow daughter of Joseph Stevenson £5, Mary Stevenson of Donington £5, Elizabeth Boswell of Lee Church £5, Mary wife of John Burch £3 and Easter Stevenson daughter of Mary Burch £5;
to nephew Joseph Gee a piece of land in this lordship called Moor Close for life, with remainder to nephew John Gee of this town for ever;
to Thomas Gee of Normanton £5 to be paid out of the close;
to nephew's son John Gee junior the house in which testator lives, at 21 if testator's wife is dead, and if wife dies before he is 21, then nephew John is to have it until John junior reaches 21, and also if John junior dies before 21, from death of testator's wife;
to nephew John Gee the house in which William Shaw lives with reversion of real estate in lordship of Aston;
household goods to be divided amongst persons before mentioned after wife's death;
all legacies to be paid after wife's death and she is to hold everything for life. Nephews John and Joseph Geen executors
