Title
Undated copy of deed dated 10 April 1729 to declare uses of a fine made between 1. Mary Gee the elder, widow of Thomas, late of Aston, husbandman and John eldest son and heir of Thomas 2. Thomas younger son of Thomas, and Mary Gee the younger, daughter of Thomas deceased and 3. William Leaper of Derby gent.

Description
Reciting that Archdale Palmer esquire and Anne his wife, Mary Gee the elder and John Gee, levied a fine to William Leaper and heirs of 2 cottages in Aston in tenure of Mary and John, and of land, selion or ley of arable land containing ½ acre in the same occupation in Cross Field in Aston and shooting upon Crab Tree Shutt, together with a cottage and parcels of land in Chaddesden, in Trinity Term last, and declaring that the fine shall enure, as to the cottages etc in Aston to the use of Mary Gee for life, then to Leaper for 99 years, then to John Gee and his heirs and assigns for ever, and as for the term of 99 years in trust to raise £15 (£10 for Thomas Gee to be paid within one year after Mary the elder's death, with interest at 2½% per annum from 29 September next, and £5 for Mary Gee the younger, payable within one year of Mary the elder's death), which £15 is in full satisfaction of legacies which Thomas Gee and Mary the younger may demand out of the personal estate of Thomas Gee deceased, provided that when the £15 is paid the term of 99 years ceases
