For £160 paid by 2. and 10s paid by 3. of messuage adjoining the Wesleyan Methodist Chapel in Aston with the bakehouse (lately converted into a room and forming part of the messuage), back kitchen, dairy and appendages, yard and appurtenances belonging, formerly in the occupation of John Halladay deceased, after of Ann Halladay widow, after of George Foster and George Calverly, and now of John Joines, to the use of 2.
