Title
Memorandum of agreement between 1. George Lane of Aston yeoman and Sarah his wife and 2. William Clifford of Shardlow cordwainer, for Lane to convey messuages in Aston (as in D779/T/6/23/15-16) and Clifford to pay Lane £12 on execution of the conveyance and to execute a bond for payment of £10 annuity to Lane and wife for their joint lives and £8 10s annuity to survivor, and for 1. to have use of the parlour in which they now live, without rent. Endorsed with receipt for £12, and on 13 November, that the parties agreed the Lanes were to have the road into the parlour and the garden and the `coalas'
