Edward Anthony Holden of Aston Hall esquire for £100 paid to Yerl by Holden in discharge of a mortgage of 27 April 1849 and for £30, the balance of the purchase money paid to Clarke the younger by Holden and for 5s. paid to each of the other parties, all first five parties conveyed or released premises as in 1849 deeds above, to Holden
