Reverend James Richard Holden of Pleasley clerk, reciting deeds of 7, 8 April 1836 and that Joseph and Ann Clifford are both dead and witnessing that for £450 paid by E A Holden to Bentley and 10s paid by J R Holden to Bentley, premises as in 1836 deeds were conveyed (but Thomas Parker not Barker is named as an occupant) to E A Holden
