Title
Conveyance made between 1. James Bentley of Barrow upon Trent blacksmith 2. Edward Anthony Holden of Aston esquire and 3. Reverend James Richard Holden of Pleasley clerk, reciting deeds of 7, 8 April 1836 and that Joseph and Ann Clifford are both dead and witnessing that for £450 paid by E A Holden to Bentley and 10s paid by J R Holden to Bentley, premises as in 1836 deeds were conveyed (but Thomas Parker not Barker is named as an occupant) to E A Holden
