Description
In consideration of 10s., of 2 messuages with outbuildings in Aston, formerly in the occupation of Mary Harrison and Edward Browne, now of Thomas Barker and Henry Younge, 2 freehold inclosures in Aston called the Elder or Alder Hade and the Moor Close, containing 1½ acres, in the occupation of Jacob Foster, the estate and inheritance of Christopher, then of Joseph Clifford both deceased, father and grandfather of Joseph of Barrow upon Trent above, to the use of Joseph for life, then to Bentley for ever, the latter covenanting to provide meat, drink, lodging, washing, attendance and other necessaries for Ann Clifford if she survives her husband, provided that if Bentley should be dispossessed of the premises, whilst dispossessed, the covenant should be void
