Descriptionmessuage, cottage or tenement now divided into 4 dwellings (2 occupied by Martha Domelow and Thomas Summerfield, 2 unoccupied) with garden, yard etc, purchased by Clarke from Thomas Hickinbotham and Thomas Haywood and use of well in yard adjoining to cottage hereinafter divided, in possession of Catherine Clarke and John Gaskin, to wife Sarah Clarke for ever subject to payment of debts etc and legacies;
cottage or tenement divided into 2 in possession of Catharine Clarke and John Gaskin with the well, the Well Yard and garden, purchased by Clarke from father in law George Redwood, and land belonging to testator lying between the tenement and Reverend Charles Holden's garden wall, to Sarah his wife for life, then to nephew John Clarke son of brother Charles;
house in which testator dwells and to which he and wife are entitled for their lives, and occupiers of the same for ever to have liberty to use well above, the owner thereof and owners of 2 tenements above devised to pay equal one-third shares for its repair;
household goods, money etc to wife for life, then to nephew John Clarke and his sisters Catharine and Hannah Clarke. One guinea each to nephew and niece John and Hannah Hind. Wife Sarah executor.
