Description
Reciting as in D779/T/5/5/1 with relation to a messuage and garden in the village of Aston late in the possession of Martha Hood and now of John Clark of which Holden is tenant for life under recited settlement of 1772 and cottage formerly in the possession of Charles Clark, then divided into two dwellings, now used as one, with barn, hovel and coal house and Well Yard and land belonging to Clark lying between the cottage and the garden wall of Holden, all in Aston, the cottage having been given to Clark by the will of John Clark tailor, and agreeing as in D779/T/5/5/1. Both parts.
