Description | Reciting deeds of 30 May 1781, 24, 25 March 1797, 25 January 1799 and 7 May 1802, the will of Mary Dakin, deeds of 13, 14 April 1804, auction of the premises, conveyance to Meakin as above, that there is now due to Jackson £140, and Meakin needing to borrow £140 to complete his purchase, Taylor has agreed to lend him the sum and witnessing that for £140 paid by Taylor to Jackson in discharge of mortgage sums of £80 and £60 due under recited deeds of 25 January 1799 and 7 May 1802, and for 10s paid to Darwin by Taylor, she and Jackson assigned to Taylor premises as in feoffment above, D 779B/T 1033, for the remainder of terms of 1,000 and 500 years, subject to redemption |
