Title
Lease and release by 1. Robert Dakin of Aston blacksmith to 2. John Curzon of Derby gentleman for 10s, in trust to auction and to pay off Francis Jackson and then Messrs Thorniwell (see below) and to pay the residue of the sale money if any to Dakin, of close containing 3 acres 20p with tithes in Aston and close containing 2r 18p., both on late moor called Aston Moor, in Dakin's tenure

Description
Reciting that Curzon has become responsible to Messrs Thorniwell of Burton on Trent, county Stafford, ironmongers, for payment of debt of £45 and the costs of suit, for which debt Dakin has lately been arrested by Messrs Thorniwell, and that Dakin owns the premises subject to mortgages of £80, £60 and £60, in all £200, and interest, to Francis Jackson of Derby joiner, and that Dakin has agreed to convey the premises to Curzon for his indemnification against payment of the debt and to raise sufficient money to pay off the mortgages
