DescriptionReciting will of 1799 so far as it relates to messuage in which John the testator lived, close and garden (D779/T/6/18/4) that testator died February 1799, the will of John Whyman the younger who died April 1813, and that Helen and Elizabeth Whyman, daughters of John the father, are aged 17 and 16, and witnessing that for £570 paid to 1. by Botham, she conveyed to him a messuage, outbuildings, garden and close adjoining and belonging in Aston, lately in the tenure of John Whyman the son and now of Thomas Botham as tenant to Charles Shuttleworth Holden, subject to term of 500 years created in will of 1799 and to the trusts thereof, and for 10s Mary Whyman released to Botham her right of dower in the premises and Elizabeth Whyman directed the trustees of 500 year term should stand seised of the premises in trust for Botham (but without prejudice to trusts)
