Description	In consideration of which and for £100 paid by 1. to 3., Holden conveyed to the trustees closes of meadow called the Great Mytholme 24 acres 3r 10p. and Little Mytholme 10 acres 38p, parcel of land used as an osier bed 3r 38p, small piece of land gained from the River Trent, now used as a gravel pit, 1r 34p, all in the parish of Sawley and in the occupation of William Bennett, to hold for such charitable uses as the property conveyed by the trustees to Holden were held for
