DescriptionFor making a competent provision for Sarah and for settling the lands below, and for 5s. paid by 2. to Hickingbotham, the latter conveyed to 2. farm or tenement with lands belonging in Aston in the occupation of Hickingbotham, heretofore the estate of Robert Wilmot esquire, the lands reputed to be about one yard land or 30 acres and all other the lands of Hickingbotham in Aston (excepting the messuage house in which he lives with buildings belonging) to the use of Hickingbotham for life, then for Sarah for life, for her jointure, then to 2. for 200 years, then to heirs of 1., finally to right heirs of Hickingbotham, and as to term of 200 years, if there are 2 or more children of the marriage and one is a son, 2. are to raise £100 out of the premises for the younger child or children's portions (further detail) provided the term is given up if there is no son and in certain other circumstances (further detail).
