Reciting mortgage by brother of Richard Killingley, John Killingley of Aston yeoman son and heir of Gervase of Aston tailor, to Samuel Mather for £25, on 26 January 6 GI [1720], of a messuage and 4 acres in Aston, all in John Killingley's occupation and 5 sheep pastures (reserving barn, garden and Well Yard) for a 500-year term, and witnessing that for £28 2s 6d paid by Hickenbotham to Mather by the direction of Richard and George Killingley and for 12d paid to Mather by Wright, Mather with 1.'s consent assigned the premises to Wright in trust for Hickenbotham for remainder of term
