Description
Reciting as D 779B/T 971 to deed of 5 March 1845, then reciting the death of John Harpur 9 November 1846, and that the Hardys and Ann Harpur have sold to 2. Edward Anthony Holden of Aston esquire lands, part of hereditaments comprised in recited deeds, and have paid off some of the mortgage money (£200, £180, £200 and half of £120) and witnessing that in consideration of full satisfaction of principal monies and interest charged upon half the premises below, and for 10s paid to the Hardys by John Harpur (sic), the Hardys conveyed to Ann Harpur half messuage as in deed of 7 May 1847 (D 779B/T 970) with covenant from Holden to produce deeds in the schedule (1729-1845) at Ann Harpur's request
