Reciting will of 2.'s late wife Elizabeth (see D 779B/T 957), that Thomas is now entitled to premises comprised in the 1,000 year term created by the recited marriage settlement and, wishing to pay his daughters the sums of £200 and £100 due to them under the will of his late wife Elizabeth, he paid the sums to them which they acknowledge and witnessing that 1. in consideration of the payments made to them by 2. release him and the premises comprised in the 1,000 year term from the payment of the sums of £200 and £100
