To pay £10 per annum to Mary Eggleston, younger daughter of William, during the lives of Thomas Hickinbotham the elder and Sarah his wife, if Thomas the younger should die within lifetime of his parents and Mary, his intended wife, should survive him, as she will be destitute of provision during the lifetimes of Thomas the elder and Sarah under the marriage settlement of 8, 9 August 1755
