Description
For the marriage of Thomas the younger and Mary Eggleston and for £200, Mary's marriage portion, paid to Thomas the younger and for 10s apiece paid to Thomas the elder and Sarah Hickinbotham by 2., party 1. conveyed to party 2. messuage, farm or tenement with lands etc. belonging in Aston, in the tenure of Thomas Hickinbotham the younger and heretofore the etate of Robert Wilmot esquire, which lands are reputed to be one yardland containing 30 acres, 5 cow gates and 50 sheep pastures in fields, pastures and commonable places of Aston and all other lands of Thomas the elder, Sarah and Thomas the younger in Aston comprised in settlement dated 10 June 1729 (see D 779B/T 945), to successive uses of Thomas Hickinbotham the elder and wife and Thomas the younger until the marriage, Thomas the elder for life, Sarah for life, Thomas the younger for life, wife Mary for life as her jointure, their children as they shall appoint and in default of such appointment, of their children, and finally of Thomas the elder, his heirs and assigns for ever. Recites that Thomas the elder will give Thomas the younger £200 before the marriage
