Lease and release by 1. Thomas Earp of Melbourne yeoman to 2. Thomas Hickinbotham of Aston yeoman for £105 of pieces of parcels of land reputed a half yard land in the fields of Aston, (with details of field names, acreages, neighbours) including ½ acres lying at Coopers plaster pitt and one rood lying at the plaster pitts, and 2 pastures every year and 3 cow pastures in the Cross Field and all the commons belonging to a half yard land, all in the tenure of Joseph Forman
