Agreement between James Cowlishaw of Shardlow merchant as agent and on behalf of Margaret Whitmore of Aston widow and Francois Braissant of Derby innkeeper for Margaret to convey to Braissant a messuage with stable, brewhouse, yard and outbuildings in Aston and now used as a public house called by the name or sign of the 'Coach and Horses' now in the occupation of Margaret Whitmore, with the fittings (described) and for Braissant to pay Whitmore £510, with provision concerning date at which Braissant may have possession.
