Title
Bond by Reverend Charles Shuttleworth Holden of Aston Hall at Aston to William Plowright also of Aston, in £175, for the payment of £87 10s. to William Plowright, the value of a cottage or cottages now in the possession of Holden, situated in Wet Close in Aston, for which he now pays an annual rent of £8 5s. to William Plowright, 13 September 1821

Description
Reciting that the presumptive heirs to the property are William's brother George and after him a sister, Mary Hunt.
At foot, receipt for £43 15s. from Edward Holden esquire one share of the £87 10s. signed by Thomas Frearson and Joseph Cross, 4 May 1841
On the same paper is a ground plan of the cottages and garden giving dimensions in detail and noting mark showing Weston boundary: shows position of cottages and land in relation to garden wall of Aston Hall. Also valuation of the old house (sic) belonging to William Plowright adjoining the Wet Close, detailing materials, certified by William Halladay bricklayer and William Potts carpenter and wheelwright of Aston, 12 September 1821
