Memorandum of agreement between 1. Reverend Charles Shuttleworth Holden and 2. George Plowright and Mary Hunt, the brother and sister of William Plowright a deaf and dumb man belonging to the parish of Aston, reciting that William is possessed of 2 small messuages or cottages together with a garden in the close called Scroggy Nook near to the garden of Holden and 2. agreeing on behalf of William and on their own account to let the cottages and garden to Holden who agrees to pay rent of £8 5s. for 21 years from Lady Day last
