Description
Reciting mortgage which contained provision for Woodroffe to sell the premises on default of payment by Mary and Henry Watkinson (see abstract above), for £85 of 2 messuages at Aston late in the tenure of Thomas Barton and Mr Dilkes, but now of John Barton the elder and John Barton the younger, which were built by Lovatt Frearson deceased on land purchased by him of John Locker, with covenant by 2. ---- Frearson of Aston to produce title deeds on request;
these having come into his possession upon the division of Lovatt Frearson's property after his death.
