Description
Includes recital of deeds dividing 10 messuages between the 5 children of Lovat Frearson deceased: 6 of the houses had been built by him on the site of a messuage and land purchased by him of John Locker, 3 on a plot purchased by him with the remaining house, from John Gee. The abstract also includes mortgage of the 2 cottages which were the share of Mary nee Frearson and her husband Henry Watkinson of Loughborough brush manufacturer.
