to sister Mary Johnson house, cottide [cottage] and tenement and to her daughter, and my personal estate, during their lives, then the house to sister ?Hand or Hana Brown or if dead to sister Elizabeth Hugnall and her daughter for their lives, or if dead to William Mather, son of Richard Mather of 'Shardle Moore' and his son if he will call his son Samuel or else the poor of this town may have it, and testator's sisters and their children shall come and live in it after it is fallen to them, or they shall not have it.
