Title
Copy of appointment dated 17 March 1768 by James Shuttleworth of Forcett, county York, esquire, reciting in part the will of Robert Holden late of Aston esquire dated 28 November 1742, that James the second son of James and Mary Shuttleworth has reached age of 21 and in obedience to the recited will has taken the name of Holden, that Shuttleworth pursuant to the power given him by the will appointed that his son James may from day of reaching age of 21 hold all the rights, profits etc devised to him by the will as fully as if he had attained the age of 25.
