Title	Marriage settlement by feoffment to uses (both parts) by John Rolleston son of John of Wilne yeoman to Robert Wright of Spondon yeoman and Christopher Rolleston of Wilne yeoman, in consideration of marriage between John Rolleston and Margaret Smetheley and in respect of Margaret's jointure, of a messuage and yardland as in D 779B/T 608, to hold for the life of John Rolleston the son, then to the use of Margaret whilst she remains unmarried, but if she remarries then half only to her use for life, after her death or remarriage to the use of John and Margaret's issue, remainder to John's right heirs.
