That John Sacheverell at his death held 2 messuages in Aston of the Queen as of her honour of Tutbury, parcel of the Duchy of Lancaster, in free socage, by fealty and annual rent of 20d, value above reprises £4 per annum, and that all other premises in Aston were held of the Queen as of the manor of Weston in socage by fealty and annual rent of 20d for all services, annual value above reprises 13s 4d
