Title
Agreement of exchange made between 1. James Shuttleworth esquire and 2. Sarah Cowlishaw widow and Henry Cowlishaw gentleman by which, for £100 and £80 (expended by 2. upon building a barn and other conveniences upon premises below) paid by Shuttleworth and for the farm house, barns, stables and other outbuildings with croft belonging in Aston, in the tenure of John Prior, the Cowlishaws give in exchange to Shuttleworth farm house, cottage, barns, stables and outhouses in the tenure of widow Shardlow and George Redwood, in Aston and Shuttleworth gives the farm house etc. in Prior's tenure in exchange to the Cowlishaws.
