Description
Reciting mortgage of 18 January 1732/3 above, that Bancrofte (now spelt Bancraft) borrowed a further £60 as endorsed on the mortgage, that he has borrowed a further £113 and is bound by a bond of even date for the payment of £115 16s 6d (see below) and declaring that the recited mortgage is in security for the repayment of all the recited sums and interest, and with memorandum that interest will be £4 10s per annum or £5 per annum if not paid at the due time
