Description
Reciting that Margaret Parker of Derby widow in indenture dated 20 March 20 Charles II [1668] made between 1) Margaret Parker, 2) Joseph Wright and 3) Christopher Wright assigned to Christopher her right in messuage in Aston in which Thomas Bontsall lived, with lands belonging, close, arable lands, meadow grounds, all in Aston, identified by tenants' names, and all other lands in Aston, all lands in Shardlow, identified by type and tenants' names, and the Towne Close, which had been demised to her on 31 January 17 Charles II [1665] for 100 years, by Joseph Wright and witnessing that for £100, Christopher Wright with Joseph Wright's consent, assigned to Statham all the lands named in the annexed terrier, which are part of the lands above, reserving bargain and sale for 41 years of part of the premises inter alia made by Joseph, father of Joseph Wright above named (in party 1.) to Gilbert Coke of Trusley (see D779/T/3/9/1) and reserving the lease for 99 years of the premises inter alia made by Joseph Wright on 12 May 15 Charles II [1663] to William Webster of Thrussington, Leicestershire, clerk.

1) the terrier above mentioned of properties in Aston, Wilne and Shardlow, giving positions in detail and field names, to which is pinned Christopher Wright's receipt for the £100 paid him by Statham (D779/T/3/9/7), 3 February 1673/4
2) copy of mortgage by demise for 100 years dated 31 January 17 Charles II [1665] from Joseph Wright of Mapperley yeoman to Margaret Parker widow 1676 (D779/T/3/9/2)
3) copy of Margaret Parker's assignment of her term in copy 2), dated 20 March 20 Charles II [1668], to Christopher Wright, which is recited in above assignment of 3 February 1673/4 (D779/T/3/9/6)
