Description
Rreciting mortgage dated 9 July 1657 (above) the 41-year term of which is vested in Christopher Wright by assignments and witnessing that for £50 Christopher Wright with the consent of Joseph Wright son of the Joseph Wright named in the mortgage of 1657, assigned to Statham, a pingle or piece of meadow lying at Aston Towneside called greeneleas, ½ acres meadow, another ½ acres meadow, ½ rood meadow, another ½ rood meadow, 10 roods meadow, 1 rood meadow (positions given in detail) all in Aston.
Annexed is a copy of the recited mortgage, endorsed with assignment as in D779/T/3/9/1 to which is pinned Christopher Wright's receipt for £50 from Statham, 3 February 1673/4 (D779/T/3/9/3).
