Reciting Margaret Parker's assignment dated 20 March 20 Charles II [1668] which recited Joseph Wright's mortgage to Margaret Parker, dated 31 January 17 Charles II [1665], by lease for 100 years (see D 779B/T 434-T 437) and witnessing that for £64 Christopher Wright, with Joseph Wright's consent, assigned to Flamstead a messuage in Shardlow, close on North side of the messuage and near adjoining, close called Well Yard on West side of messuage, flatt of arable called Shuckthorne Flatt, little flatt of arable called the little flatt adjoining Simpson - Close, 8 cow pastures in cow pasture belonging to Wilne and Shardlow, all in Wilne and Shardlow, for the remainder of the recited 100 year term
