Description
Reciting lease and release of - and 11 June last (see D779/T/3/7/2) and that the fine and recovery have been levied and suffered to the following uses, as to the 3 closes, Chappell, Nether and Over Closes, to the use of Thomas Holden and Richard Sheppard to hold for 500 years upon trusts below, then to use of Robert Holden the elder for life, remainders to Mary for life as part of her jointure, Robert Holden the younger, his heirs and assigns for ever, as to the messuage, cottage and 3 yardlands, to the use of Robert the elder for life, then to Mary for life for increase of and in full of her jointure and in lieu of dower, remainder to Robert Holden the younger, his heirs and assigns for ever, and as to the term of 500 years above limited to party 2., in order to sell or mortgage the property and in the meanwhile to raise £200 for the portions of the younger children of Robert Holden the elder and Mary, unless Robert the younger or whoever is next entitled to the reversion or remainder expectant pays, or secures the payment of, the portions, when the term will become void
