Title
Undated copy of release to make tenant to precipe and covenant to levy fine of 11 June 1720 made between 1. Charles Farnham of Quorndon, Leicestershire esquire, Robert Holden the elder of Wilne gentleman, Mary his wife, Robert the younger, their eldest son and heir apparent 2. William Robinson of New Inn, London, gentleman, 3. James Halsall of New Inn, gentleman

Description
To bar entail and for 2s. apiece paid to Farnham, Robert and Robert Holden by Robinson, 1. conveyed to 2. a messuage at Wilne with orchard adjoining and Chappell Close now in possession of Robert Holden the elder, 3 yardland belonging to the messuage, Nether Close in tenure of William Smedley, cottage late in tenure of John Bladderwick now of William Kirk, Over Close now in tenure of John Cantrill, close adjoining the Derwent called Shrubs containing 15 acres in tenure of John Wright, all in Wilne or Shardlow, to make 2. tenant to the precipe to suffer a recovery by double voucher, Hallsall to be the plaintiff as demandant; also Robert the elder and Mary Holden covenanted to levy a fine of the premises above, both the recovery and the fine to enure to the uses to be declared by the Holdens and in the meantime to the uses of the settlement dated 28 April 1693 (above).
