Description
That Charles will convey to Robert before Lady Day next an estate in fee simple of messuage, 3 yardlands belonging, in Wilne, Over, Nether and Chappell Closes, cottage in tenure of William Kirk and all other lands of Charles in Wilne and Shardlow, and that Robert will pay Charles £1,200 and £6 per annum to his mother Mary while she lives; that all debts charged upon the premises are to be paid out of the purchase money; that Robert is to retain sufficient of the remaining money to indemnify himself against further annuity of £9 payable to Mary if she lives apart from Charles, Robert allowing interest at 5% on the retained money
