Undated copy of release dated 2 October 1728, by 1. Robert Holden of Foremark esquire to 2. Leonard Fosbrooke of Shardlow esquire, for £80, of chief rent of 16s 4d payable out of Fosbrooke's lands in Shardlow and Wilne, and cottages on the waste or common ground within the towns of Shardlow and Wilne, parcel of the manor of Weston and in the tenure of 20 named persons
