Description
Reciting mortgage of 5 June 1727 and covenant of 6 June 1727 (see D779/T/3/5/28-29) and witnessing that for £200 paid to Revell by Holden, and for 5s. paid to Revell by Greaves, Revell assigned the premises mortgaged to him on 5 June 1727, to Greaves in trust for Holden to attend the inheritance, and for £100 paid to Thomas Bryan by Holden, with the consent of Hall, Haslewood and Mary Bryan and for £200 paid to Hall and Haslewood by Holden, Hall and Haslewood (with the consent of Thomas and Mary Bryan) and Thomas Bryan himself, released premises as in mortgage to Holden
