Description
Reciting will of Thomas Clemenson (see D779/T/3/5/2), that Thomas died, his son Thomas after died without heirs, that testator's wife is dead, that Dorothy Holland and Sarah Harrison are sisters and coheirs of Thomas Clemenson the son, and a partition is to be made of the property which descended to the sisters, as follows: John Holland is to have messuage in Aston now in possession of Thomas Williamson, several pieces of arable, meadow, beast gates (sizes and positions described in detail), John Harrison is to have cottage in Aston now in possession of Samuel Shelton, several pieces of arable, meadow and beast gates (sizes and positions described in detail)
