DescriptionFor the marriage between Bryan and Mary Hall and for £350 which Bryan will have for Mary's marriage portion, Bryan conveyed to Morland a messuage in Aston, close of meadow or pasture (sometimes divided into two) called Homestead Close, several parcels of arable, meadow and pasture in fields of Aston, in the whole 2½ yardlands, toftstead where a cottage formerly stood, adjoining south side of messuage and now enjoyed with it, all in the occupation of Hugh Gascoyn, to be the tenant to the precipe to suffer a recovery, which shall be to the use of Thomas Bryan and his heirs until his marriage with Mary Hall, then to him and his assigns for life, then to Mary for life for her jointure, remainder to the heirs of Mary and Thomas, and in default, to Bryan's right heirs for ever. With Bryan's agreement that £100 of the marriage portion shall be paid to Thomas and Charles Hall after the marriage to buy a real estate in fee simple which they will convey to the same uses as the property above is conveyed
