Description
To nephew Thomas 2 farms at Aston now in possession of William Shardlow and Hugh Gascoign, the lower part of Gorsey Close in Weston, to enter when 21;
if nephew Thomas dies without male issue, then this estate is to go to nephew Robert Bryan and his heirs for ever;
to nephew Robert, upper part of Gorsey Close, if he dies without male issue, then property is to go to nephew Thomas and his heirs for ever;
to brother Robert, stock of quick goods;
to Jane Baily 2 of his best ewes and lambs;
to poor of Weston 20s.;
residue to brother Robert, who was appointed sole executor and trustee.
