| Description | Reciting in part the indenture of 17 March 4 Anne [1705] (see D779/T/3/5/14), that Wilmot has been paid, that Bryan in deed of even date has leased to Shardlow for 21 years at a rent of £10, a messuage with lands esteemed to be a yardland in Aston, in Shardlow's tenure, and witnessing that for security of payment of the £10 rent, and for 5s. apiece paid to Revell and Bateman by Bryan, they have assigned the property in Derby in recited deed (D779/T/3/5/14) to Bryan for the remainder of the 500 year term |
