Reciting William Shardlow junior's contract to buy 2 messuages and 2 yardlands from Wilmot for £400 and that the £400 is to remain in Shardlow 's hands, and witnessing that in consideration of the premises, for the security of the £400 and for 5s paid by 3. to 1., Wilmot and Shardlow have demised to 3. the premises described in the articles under reference D779/T/3/5/13, and a messuage, burgage or tenement lately in tenure of John Hayes, lately converted into 3 dwellings and in tenure of Richard Cowlishaw and Thomas Stables and a barn in tenure of Joseph Whittingham in parish of St Peter, Derby, for 500 years in trust for Wilmot as security for the £400 and interest
