Title
Lease and release to make tenant to precipe and to lead the uses of a recovery, made between 1. Robert Lowne of Aston yeoman, Mary his wife 2. Francis Gregg of Clements Inn esquire, Thomas Parker of New Inn gentleman and 3. Patrick Cock of Aston yeoman, Francis Peach of Brailsford framework knitter, for 10s. paid to 1. by 2., a messuage in Aston in which Ellen and William Lown both deceased lived and in which Robert now lives, and 2 yard lands in fields of Aston now in the tenure of Robert Lowne and Thomas Mooreley were conveyed to 2. to suffer a recovery that Patrick Cock and Francis Peach may be seised of the premises to the use of Robert Lowne for life, then to such uses as Lowne shall appoint, and in default of such appointment to the use of Lowne and his heirs and assigns
