Title
Undated agreement that Robert Lown shall hold premises purchased by Robert Holden until Lady Day, excepting the fallow ground, which Holden will enter immediately

Description
Also that Lown will not pay rent but interest only, until Lady Day, for £160 advanced by Holden to John Wright in discharge of a mortgage on the premises, that Lown shall have from Lady Day 2 rooms in the messuage, at the east end, the door of which goes into the backside there, which 2 rooms are now in the tenure of George Redgate, and 2 buildings belonging to the messuage called the Cowhouse and Shop, and the orchard adjoining on one side to the close of John Wright and on the other side to the backside of Robert Holden, paying no rent, but keeping the rooms in repair and not cutting down fruit trees in the orchard
