Undated bill of complaint by which the orator R H [Robert Holden] of the Inner Temple esquire, complains that R Lowne of Aston claiming to be seised in fee simple of a messuage and 2 yard land in Aston, of annual value £16, asked R H to purchase the same

Description
Alleging the premises to be in mortgage to John Wright of Aston, that they came to an agreement (recited) but that Diana Lowne of Ticknall spinster came to R H saying R Lowne had settled the reversion of the premises on her, which R Lowne admitted, that Diana was persuaded to enter with R Lowne into a new agreement for the sale of the premises to R H (recited) but that Diana and R Lowne now refused to execute the feoffment to R H and praying they make good the agreement
