DescriptionAlleging the premises to be in mortgage to John Wright of Aston, that they came to an agreement (recited) but that Diana Lowne of Ticknall spinster came to R H saying R Lowne had settled the reversion of the premises on her, which R Lowne admitted, that Diana was persuaded to enter with R Lowne into a new agreement for the sale of the premises to R H (recited) but that Diana and R Lowne now refused to execute the feoffment to R H and praying they make good the agreement
